  •   OMEGA 3 DHA  

    Contributes to maintaining normal brain function.

    The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 250mg of DHA.

    The fatty acids omega 3 (docosahexaenoic – DHA and eicosapentaenoic – EPA) are considered essential fatty acids, since, although they are essential for the various body functions, they are not synthesized by the body. They must therefore be supplied through the diet or through supplements.
